Terrible customer service
Never again will I go here and deal with rude employees.
I have bought everything for the renovation of my bathroom from this Lowe's. Waited two months for my granite countertop...came in cracked and chipped. Asked for a replacement and was told it would be DECEMBER (started this process in February). After much debate it was promised a month ago. Can't get anyone to answer my calls or give me an update. Had five house guests this weekend with one working bathroom sink. Have 8 more coming in two weeks to be with my ill father and still can't get anyone to help me! I am so frustrat... read more

Don't believe the Salesmen - Purchased a Washer and Dryer and since I only live 2 minutes down the road - they said I would be first on their Delivery!! Happy Mother's Day to me. 5:30pm and still not here!!
