They have been working on my kitchen since October 28,2017 and it’s not finished. They don’t want to do nothing for me I am out 15,000.00 more than I have. Save you money and sanity, shop elsewhere! Stay away from any remodeling services unless you just want to give your money away. Any business that is unwilling to provide a customer with and itemized breakdown of costs is hiding something! There are too many other places that will be upfront after all it’s your money you have every right to know how it’s being used!
Daughter has a washer from Lowe's less than 18 months old. Called for service/repair to authorized Maytag repair. They ordered the part before they came because it is a known problem but not covered under warranty. Charged us $500 and left, it still doesn't work. Lowe's will not help us.

Your Customer Service is horrendous ! I called at 7:55 a.m. to report that my brand new Washer is leaking water and has gotten in my closet. I have spoken with 2 people and they both said they would call me back . It’s almost 2:30 and nothing from anyone . After posting my frustrations on Facebook , I’m flooded with people saying how sub-standard your customer service is . Ordered a refrigerator online, was told it would take 2 weeks. Now, after 4 weeks they said they would be out to deliver today, but when I called the store they said it wasn’t even in stock. We cancelled our order.
Lowe's seems to think it's acceptable for a $2600 refrigerator to need 3 repairs a year and is unwilling to replace it since the issue is with the ice maker and water dispenser. I was just told by Courtney in your warranty department that there is no one else I can talk to so I suppose she is the CEO of warranty? I'm paid for a 3-year warranty and have had THREE repair calls in the PAST YEAR and the issue is still not fixed and Lowe's will NOT DO ANYTHING except go around in circles with me over the T&C of the warranty.
