RecommendedJohn Ellen and Kim made things right for us when Samsung would not. They replaced a stove that was manufactured with a bracket that was welded incorrectly but, Samsung said, within tolerance. Lowe’s replaced the stove in the 30 day window after purchase. We could not be happier with John’s response and Kim’s follow up. We will continue to purchase appliances from this Lowe’s store!
My delivery experience so far has just been a cluster !!! Told 3 different times and here I still Sit waiting. Sad thing is they called this morning and told me they’d be here between 12 and one and it’s now 235 and Ive heard nothing!!!Might wanna work on the communication with deliveries because it sucks

All Veterans and Military service members. Be aware. Because of a new policy change your 10% discount for purchases will only be honored if the item you are buying is a full price item. In the past many years our discount applied to the bottom line amount no matter what. This was Lowes commitment to the sacrifice of service members and their families. Now I guess the are only honoring them if you pay full price.

#Lowes installed 38 windows and all 38 leaked for 5 months until I got them reinstalled using a local builder. Wooden paneled walls ruined and oak floors swollen with each rain. Lowes claims finally got involved and offered me less than I paid for reinstall and nothing for the wet and moldy walls in my house. Stay far away from these guys.. .
