Such a great place to get all your home improvements everyone is so nice an polite and right there to help you I won't go to any other home improvement store
Washer and dryer delivery cancelled again on the morning of the delivery. Had first delivery date set for Nov 29th. They called the morning of the 29th to tell us that the washer we bought was out of stock and they rescheduled for today, Dec 8th. Well this morning we get a call saying that they couldn't find our dryer. What a joke
I went to Lowes last night to pick up a couple items. I choose Lowes because of their support for our nation's veterans. I walked past 4 parking spaces outlined in purple (purple heart) with a sign that read "Reserved Combat Wounded". As a retired combat veteran, I wanted to let you know that the support you show for us in what might seem like "the little things" are a big deal and help set you apart from other retailers. Thank you Lowes for honoring our veterans who protect this great nation! It does not go unnoticed.
They have designated Reserved parking spots painted purple for Combat Wounded, Wounded Warriors. Way to go Lowes!
Kudos to Lowe's in Vienna....after several service calls on our Samsung Refrigerator which was only 2 yrs old...Lowe's gave us an even exchange on a new refrigerator when Samsung refused....going to be delivered tomorrow....Kudos also to Tim and Gary.....Great job by all .....
