Kitchen remodel job and the contractor through the store in Vienna WV store has been a disaster! Week 15 and counting for a simple demo and update! Weeks to ago if they show up again.
The manager was very helpful in getting us some additional floor tile that my daughter had gotten at the Wheeling store. She was very kind and helpful and even gave us the sale price that she had gotten at the other store. I came back for some additional purchases later in the day, and the other employees were equally as helpful. Thank you.
Customer service in paint Dept is pitiful.If the lady working there today hates her job so badly maybe she doesn't need it.Asked her if she could mix a gallon of paint and she replied in an exceedingly nasty voice not right now, so my daughter asked her if she needed to ring a bell to get other help and she said you can ring it but I'm just going to turn it off. So I just took my hundreds of dollars worth of paint supplies and stuff back and I'll do my shopping at Home Depot from now on
They said delivery would be today. I called after 15 minutes on hold and being hung up on they called back and said delivery for tomorrow at 3:30. Poor customer service
I just deliver there from the Statesville NC RDC. It's a good ride from Statesville. Collin and the gang are pretty prompt.
They don't honor their return policy. Good luck getting somebody to assist you. They act like it's a chore to help customers. I've seen them huddled around chatting and talking on cell phones staring at me and don't even ask if I need help. I'll be using Home Depot down the road. They are much friendlier and go above and beyond to keep customers happy. I am paying off my lowes high interest credit cards and never using them again. You can forget about roofing my house.
I love my Vienna lowes, they are awesome and helpful, if you deal with the good ones. I always feel like I'm dealing with friends and not employees.... Thanks guys
