RecommendedLowes in Vienna generally has great hard working employees. I generally recommend them to everyone needing anything you need. Continuing the tradition of spending $1000’s at this store, we stopped in to buy a refrigerator. After about 20 minutes we got waited on. They were busy but they still did good to this point. We discussed needing the doors changed from right hinged to left hinged due to being against a left wall. Horrible experience getting a dishwasher we ordered online. It's been 6 weeks and we still don't have it. Was told by a supervisor that it was lost & had to be reordered from vendor. She was supposed to call us on 5/20, here we are on 5/22 and still no dishwasher and no call from a supervisor. Will never order anything from a Lowe's store again! Thank goodness we also have a Home Depot...
Bought washer and dryer. Was told by phone, text and email they would be delivered today. They showed up and left them on the front lawn. Asked them about not taking them in. They said they weren't allowed because of the virus. FINE BUT TELL US THAT BEFORE HAND SO WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. Asked the driver how are we suppose to get them in and he said that was our problem. Called the Vienna, WV store manager and that was a waste. My 11 year old grandson could do a better job. GOODBYE LOWES HELLO HOME DEPOT

On 9/2/2019 I called Lowe’s in Vienna, WV to schedule and estimate on doing my bathroom. Someone took a message and told me I would get a call back in 48 hours for an appointment. 168 hours later (a week) I got a call back when I wasn’t with my phone, and a message was left to call Cassidy. Starting yesterday I have been trying to call Cassidy with no results. I tried again this morning and was sent back to the main phone menu, and then I was cut off. I am going to HOME DEPOT.
Two words about Lowe’s is all need to be said: LOWES ROCKS !
