Very poor customer service and poor quality products. 2/3 of what was delivered was damaged. Like to give the run- around instead of fixing problems. Multiple trips had to be made to customer service desk which is extra time and money. Extremely disappointed. No plans to shop here any more.
My father and I purchased a new riding mower 10 days ago. 6 phone calls later we are still waiting for it to be delivered you called again today and said it would be tomorrow. If not I will be there for a refund. My parents are in there late eightys and they don't need this kind of unresponsable and air headed crap. The calls were from your store...we will take our business to homedepot from now on.
