Shopped here for years. Very happy to have this location.
I commend Don on the Paint Dept who assisted me yesterday. He was courteous, & extremely helpful. Due to his help, I was able to buy what I came to the store for. Don is an asset to the S Parkersburg store.
Good quality Loews is great
They all need to be on the same page. The process to have installation is absolutely horrible! Get rid of companies that do a bad job. The installation of 3 doors and 2 windows was totally messed up and the job site was left a mess. I have waited way too long to have these issues resolved. I will never recommend anyone have any installation by Lowes. I also will never shop there again!!!!
Service was awful as in none! Twice we have been there too look at vinyl flooring and received no help!
Best customer service of any big chain store. Good prices. They also do a lot of good for the community.
