A little disappointed with customer service called to see if they had an expensive Christmas item in stock, called twice to be disconnected while being transferred. The third attempt I mentioned that I had been hung up on while being transferred I was then told they were having problems with their phones and that they would attempt to transfer again. I avoid this store as much as I can due to the repeated poor customer service and overall bad management. Very Poorly run establishment - this is made extremely obvious when the manager mocks you in front of customers because you ask for assistance with issues and concerns you've had during the checkout process. I'll go out of my way to go to Menards or Home Depot from now on.
Legit the WORST costumer service today. And because I’m a woman. I needed help locating something in ceramic tile... I pushed the “need assistance button”. It paged SEVEN times and then gave a final warning page... still no one. I stood there for nearly 15 minutes with eight total pages that I needed assistance. some one picked up a 1250 order that was supposed to be cancelled. Disputing charge with Lowe's credit have never heard a thing from the store or police department. Now I have a second 250 dollar order that is missing that was supposed to be in the store days ago. how does some one pick up a 1250 dollar order without a ID or my personal info?
bad service waited over an hour to pick up an order that I got an email that it was ready. it wasn't even picked. HOME DEPOT IS THE WAY TO GO
Recommendedcould spend hours just looking around at everything....
