Ordered appliance from them put delivery from 8-12 am. Never got a call or message till Sunday afternoon saying my delivery would be Monday from 12 pm to 7pm. I will never purchase anything for delivery from them. To much competition and I don’t mind paying a little more for customer service which they lack
disappointed that my delivery is being changed again because lowes told it it could be delivered and now it can't be delivered until the 10th. This is ridiculous and unfair. if you can't promise a time because your installers are different then don't. it gives your customers a false hope for installing the product they already have bought. Now I am having to wait another 15 days for my product that I need.
Came in to purchase some last minute Christmas items. What a mistake! I went to terminal 4 where the cashier didn’t even say hello. She rang up my items and said “are you military or a veteran?” I said yes, but I don’t have my veteran status on my ID. She said, do you have anything?
