I typically have a good experience at this store however over the past few months I have found no assistance offered when purchasing heavy products for outdoor work. Yesterday I loaded 45 bags of mulch and was disheartened that neither the cashier nor the men working outside offered assistance.

I love this Lowe's. I have always had found them to be very willing to help me out. Just bought a dryer today and they went out of their way to make sure I go what I was looking for. I have bought a couple of major appliances from them and found everyone to be extremely helpful and courteous. My go to store!
Horrible customer service! Just an all around terrible experience from purchase to eventual refund!
I was trying to buy some granite kitchen countertops. Employees literally avoided us! Plenty of people working but no one wanted to actually help anyone. We had to lift a heavy cast iron sink ourselves or maybe die of hunger or dehydration from waiting for help. And we weren't the only ones looking for help and annoyed they were being ignored. Last time I shop there. Went to Home Depot instead & was helped immediately. It's too bad because I like the Lowe's store better!
We are so pleased with how our vinyl siding job came out. Thank you to Amie our sales rep and John and his crew for doing an exceptional job!!!
