Bought a fence and had it installed. Contract called for each post to be cemented in. 3 years later two posts blew over, come to find out none of the posts were cemented. Lowes says warranty is up they will do nothing. Seems to me it is a breach of contract not a warranty issue. Questionable contractors and Lowes won't honor their word. Won't purchase another thing at Lowes
I went to Lowe’s yesterday to order appliances. I had all the model numbers, etc. I had checked online & nothing indicated out of stock. The gentleman in appliances looked everything up and everything was either out of stock everywhere or couldn’t be delivered in months. I then tried changing brands to see if easier, nope. Horrible customer service and contractors. 3 weeks gone by now, outside contractor to come and measure for storm door and inside door. Waited all day Saturday, btw two weeks after we went to Lowes! No show, call and complain...customer care response "we don't have any control over the contractors", really they are working for you for the LOWES name. Take more responsibility with your outside contractors what a poor excuse!
I used to buy all my appliances from Lowes for years. This will be the last time I ever buy a major appliance from Lowes. They used to be amazing! The process was simple, easy, and all included. Then I found out they fired all their in store delivery and installation people and outsourced it to these random people. While the people were fairly nice the process has been such a hassle. You can’t even go into this store to buy something simple off the shelf without horrible customer service. After having issues in self checkout and waiting over 5 minutes for help (while 3 employees walked by me staring blankly), I shared the issue with the associate at the register and was met with the response and eye roll “THAT’s NOT MY PROBLEM.” I proceeded to ask for the manager on duty and after she ignored my request, she then stated “I am new I don’t know who the manager is” and then proceeded to give me the silent t... read more
I have had so many issues with my most recent order of a washer and dryer. I have had delivery canceled multiple times and I have to plan my work around these deliveries. I wish I made this purchase at another store and not Lowes!
We are remodeling our kitchen and bought our appliances from Lowes. When our Bosch Dishwasher was delivered it was damaged. We called and spoke with Lisa Winslow about it and she put a new Bosch Dishwasher in her SUV and drove out to our house. We had it within 3 hours of the damaged one being delivered! This is excellent customer service! I would never go anyplace else for appliances or anything else for our home. Thank you Lisa!
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice big clean store with a great selection. Prices are pretty good. Lots of free parking with handicap parking.
