6/12 2020. i STARTED CALLING THIS STORE AT 8AM. THE PHONE IN THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT RANG FOR 15 MINUTES, NO ANSWER. CALLED BACK, GOT SOMEONE IN CABINETS WHO TOOK MY INFORMATION AND SAID A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME ABOUT MY PROBLEM. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. i AM TRYING TO GET HELP WITH AN APPLIANCE THAT BROKE .....ONLY A FEW MONTHS OLD. I placed an order and it has been listed as in prep. Now two weeks later still waiting I go in and it shows as cancelled without explanation. No email to let me know. I've been on the phone well over two hours as I type this. Yet you are still selling them at full price. Are you trying to rip people off when they get a sale price? With two major room renovations going on, if this is the way you do business we will go elsewhere and tell everyone we know about your practices.#shady
RecommendedToni and her team at this Shakopee location were amazing! She stepped up to help the local businesses within the Twin Cities protrct themselves during this hard time of civil unrest. We were so very thankful for her help and for Lowe's donating 64 slabs of plywood that we delivered to community organizers to use. online order processing. I cant get anyone on the phone to check the status. Two orders in a row this has happened. Plus when you eventually go to pick up the order, no one answers the phone for curbside pickup and most of the spaces are empty. I dont seem to have this trouble at home depot.

We ordered a freezer on 29 Jun and received email stating delivery date 16 Jul. I waited all day and finally called mid afternoon. After multiple transfers, I was told they had just received it and rescheduled delivery for 20 Jul. it is now 2:30 and still no delivery. Checked email and they rescheduled it to 29 Jul. I called store and was told all deliveries were cancelled due to weather. It was rescheduled for a few days later. I stated 9 days was not a few days later. I walked into Lowe's in Shakopee yesterday (Sunday) looking to purchase appliances for my entire home. There were 2 people sitting at the desk in the appliance section. I walked around for over a half an hour and not once did someone come and ask me if they could help me. As I was walking around I walked past them several times - so they wouldn't have even had to get off of their butt to ask...they didn't even bother. Very Disappointed in Lowe's!!! I bought a dryer on May 14th 2018..first appt to bring it out was 6/3/18. They called me 6/1/18 at 3pm to tell me my dryer would be delivered between 8 and 12.. They would call me Sunday Morning.. they call me at 10am to tell me it is coming between 1:30 and 3:30.. They call at 3:29pm to tell me they are running about a half hour late?? SERIOUSLY!!!
