Amy in design is fabulous - she is the only competent person I have ever encountered in this store. I give her big kudos as her job must be very challenging surrounded by the others in this store. I am renovating my kitchen & Amy & the private contractor they use have been fabulous. Their “install coordination” dept is incredibly challenging to communicate and work with as are their delivery dept.
So your window of 9 AM to 4pm is bullshit. And when you call the store no one seems to care or call you back. Well this will be a good story for the radio. On Monday at least. Fucking horrible service.
Lowes was amazing. There was a misunderstanding with some light sensors and the ones I got were indoor only. I was worried because the packaging on 2 of the three was destroyed opening them but the return was incredibly easy and they were great about it!
This is the third time Lowes has rescheduled the delivery for my washing machine. I tried to call the store three times today to talk to someone about it and either I get transferred and nobody answers or the appliance department doesn't pick up! If I don't get this resolved today and I don't get my washing machine by tomorrow, I am expecting a full refund for this hassle.
Major thanks and props to Lowe's today! Our dishwasher was delivered with a dent, and EVERYONE from our delivery driver to Matt, the manager, to customer service has been over the top helpful. They called when they said they would. They made calls on our behalf to other stores and took care of everything so that we could get our replacement today. Great Customer Service goes a long way and we are grateful!
