RecommendedI want to say Gary who helped me with all my plumbing questions today 15 July 2020, was the most helpful, understanding and patient employee ever. Outstanding and the reason I went to this Lowes even though it’s not the closest to me. I truly appreciate it and hope you’ll be there when I come back with my wall mount faucet for help.
No social distancing, employees wearing masks with their noses out, employee even walked into us without mask on. People were allowed to shop there without masks, seemed unsafe and not well organized in dealing with pandemic
Be nice to the employees, and they will be nice to you! This store doesn’t seem to have the pretentious ignorance that the north I-35 store has. You never have to explain that a nail gun is not an assault rifle, and you don’t have to show the employees where the merchandise is for them to help you find it, lol!
WET, MOLDY HOUSE BY #LOWES @Lowes installed 20 leaking windows almost 4 months ago. Installers admit they sealed windows to the siding instead of the underlying waterproofing but #lowes researching while my house damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE

This is the worst place ever. Pat told me she wouldn’t sell me blinds because I asked to see what they look like. Matt the manager said he would only take half off even though if I didn’t buy them they were to be dropped off at habitat for humanity. He was in a power war.
