Went to pick up wood for new LLS projects and when the hardware guy asked us about our project, he was so touched by the reasons why we craft, we were given 10% off our purchase! Worst customer service ever... every time. I'm certain these people are intentionally trained to avoid customers and be visibly put out when asked a question.
I will never go to this store again. I paid for my small box of chain. ($6.95) I parked on the far side of the store so I told the check out person I was going to walk through the store. I was ask 4 times to show my receipt. Finally the last lady was rude when she ask and I blew up. I can't believe that I was ask so many times. I was treated poor and Will make sure everyone knows this place sucks!! I will go to Home Depot even thou they don't give military discount.
We have been renovating our home. We initially began at a local competitor but section was slim and customer service poor. Lowes has so many decorative options for lighting, ceiling fans, etc. The Valspar paint is great, true to color swatches and durable in our kids rooms. Every time we come, we get great customer service, wether tile, bathroom, paint, appliances or decor. We are really blessed by the impeccable service!
I needed an odd fitting... came into store... the department rep I couldn't find. .. the General manager helped me out..she knew her stuff and helped figure out why the fitting issued occurred in the 1st place. .. thanks C.A.
Needed new washer asap.. picked it out today, set for delivery tomorrow. Kudos to Chris and Ron
