I am very frustrated with this store. I went at 5 am on Black Friday for a smoker advertised in their ad. Waited in line an hour (I was the 2nd person in line) and they had none of the smoker. Not even that I had missed out on the stock they had, they didn’t have any in stock to begin with.
Garage too hot to work on home projects this summer.. Went to Lowes to grab some insulation board for my Garage Door and they even cut the 4x8's for me for free to fit in the car. Awesome right.. People are very nice as well..
Well organize, helpful associates, clean environment. Good quality merchandise.
Ken was so much help. He came from plumbing to help us with appliances!

Went out of my way to go to Lowes and NOT Home Depot. No one was on the floor to help. One employee was walking around, but on the phone. I am guessing it was a cellphone for the store, but still wasn't available. I waited a bit to checkout and also when I first walked in, at customer service. Probably won't be back.
