While I prefer Lowes to other big box home improvement stores, the online order/in store pick-up hasn't worked well. Both times I attempted to use the service, I received email confirmations and calls that my order was ready for immediate pick up only to wait 20+ mins at customer services while my items were gathered.
While I didn't buy anything, the advice given about doors was very helpful.
Everyone was was helpful and I didn't have to stalk anyone to get assistance.

Lowes did my bathroom. It took 5 weeks over the original timeline. Issues with inferior products, which were rectified. However it delayed the project by 5 weeks. Bathroom is now completed and it looks good. Waiting to see how Lowes Corporate address the 5 week delay issue.
They screwed us on brand new flooring 10k dollar loss!!!!!!! Best advice go somewhere else!
