Honestly it’s a nice big clean store that has about everything you would need but getting help in that place is near impossible, so I took my Business to Home Depot, this is the 2nd time they missed out on hundreds of dollars from me.
RecommendedHad what I needed. Was asked if I needed assistance a couple times. And, the cashier was great!
I ordered a freezer in store on 5/31/20. Money was taken right away. Freezer's on back order, delivery's been delayed twice now. It will be OVER 3 months IF I get my freezer in mid-September. You should not charge customers until product is assured delivery. That's a lot of money for Lowe's, or the manufacturer to be holding on to.
I purchase a few appliances from this store.. haven’t really shopped for big purchase items before and wife saw a stove and microwave they had. Made a purchase set up a date to be delivered, come to find out that date was not in there system but a different day.. me and the wife had our schedule change for the delivery that was confirmed by Lowe’s on the 10th of June. Customer Service does a poor job in communicating the right information. Says don't do a price match from online retailers when Lowe's website says the opposite
Customer service is horrible. Had sales rep out to quote a sliding glass door and promise a quote later that day. After not receiving it I followed up the next day, left a voicemail and did not hear anything. Followed up next day and was told I'd get the quote by days end. After another 4 days called and was told they dont have the door in stock when I can see online that they do. Has anyone ever had trouble buying gift cards here? I bought 2 gift cards and only one was in bag when I arrived home.
Horrendous process start to finish in West St. Paul location. Bought a high end washer and dryer and 2 pedestals. Had everything in stock but one pedestal. Never received a call that the pedestal was in. We had to call. Washer came damaged. Replacement washer came damaged. No calls. No deliveries. Multiple phone calls and no answers and 30 days later no washer. Returned everything tonight.
