Went there to get help on my kitchen project. The guy (Brian Hasenmuller) was beyond fixated on what I couldn’t afford and assuming I didn’t know what I was talking about. I ended up walking out during the middle of our conversation because i was sick of being judged. Do not go here for help!
My husband and I went to your West St. Paul location last Saturday evening looking for a grill. We knew we wanted a Weber but we weren’t sure which model. An employee named Bob came over to help us and was happy to answer any questions we had. Then an employee named Tom came over and gave us a rundown on absolutely anything and everything to know about the two grills we were torn between and made the decision easy. Great service & tools and the help was better than Menard's employees who ran like rats off a sinking ship, or departments were VOID of employees there.
By far worst experience ever! Never, ever shopping at Lowe’s again. Ordered a washing machine online with next day delivery only to get a call that the delivery would be in 4-weeks. Manager was nothing but excuses on the phone followed by a return call today with more lame excuses. You are a major retailer figure out your delivery process. Here are a few suggestions: hire more people, cross-train your staff, have a plan if your driver is unavailable, hire a third party.
The store Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked a question he was too busy on his cell phone to take the time to discuss things with us. He gave a short answer and walked away. Horrible customer service! Will not be back and will pass our experience on to our family and friends.
If I could leave a zero I would. Completely clueless people working at the paint counter. I expect so much more from Lowes. I definitely won't be back!!!
