Very disappointed. We've shopped here for more than seven years and bought multiple appliances, but it's looking like this relationship is ending. We purchased a service contract for our high-efficiency washing machine, and the company that services the contract "lost" our work order. Two weeks after our washing machine quit, it's still unclear whether they have even ordered the part the service representative who visited our home said we needed.
