Went to Lowe’s on Chandler blvd and the 101 only because I was in the neighborhood. The cashier saw my military ID and said I could have a military discount if registered my ID and a number if other things. Either offer a genuine military discount or don’t! This is just one of a number of reasons I choose Home Depot! Lowe’s is not an honorable company!
I went to the Chandler Lowe’s on Saturday. I needed stain for a bass guitar refinishing project. Of course I wanted a shade of red color not in the database. Chris Wykoff stepped up huge. He worked with me and the available tints to arrive at a custom color that was exactly what I was looking for. Employees like Chris are the reason I only shop Lowe’s for my projects!
Horrible warranty service! My refrigerator is less than two years old and this is the second time it has broken. I have now been without a refrigerator for 12 days and I'm being told it will be another two weeks minimum. I have extended warranty that I PAID for and they are saying there's nothing they can do....unacceptable! when I asked to speak with management they told me managers don't interact with customers! Total BS! Never buy from them!
Well never shop here again custom service was the worst ever... home depot only from now on
So slow on delivery of appliances! Every time you buy one from the back and have to wait 30-1hour to get it out from the back to your truck

Service at this location is not worth your time . You will be told that the worker don't know there job and that why they over charged you. Spend your time and visit Home Depot !!
The service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help me. I didn't know exactly what I needed. And the guy that helped me with the security door, pointed me in the right direction and I got an awesome security door that was on clearance. Walked over to the locks and door knobs and the guy there fixed the locks to match my house key. Finally we got out to the car, my younger son ran in to get some red flags and minutes later another employee walk out with tape. They will definitely get more of my busine... read more
