Bought Christmas tree 2 days ago. Won’t take water and needles are curling up and falling off. Store said I could bring it back (the lights are already on it) or bring in receipt and get 10% off. Really? 30 years customer, but done with Lowe’s

Figure out how a person can go in to your Chandler location and spend $38 only to suddenly have a Lowes in another state charge their card for over $1000! Do you have an employee who is a criminal or a really really screwed up electronics system?!?!? Either way, I would not trust you.
