After standing around waiting for an hour to be helped I was able to purchase a new dishwasher. Upon installation we found water leaking from the machine before we even connected the line. We also discovered a power cord was not in the box. After cleaning up the water mess and taking the cord from our old machine we were all set.
So I started the process of purchasing windows 5/24/16 atLowe's Home Improvement (Columbia, MO) and just got the call that the windows should be here the 7/26/16. We've been given the run-around now for over a month (which was worse-case timeline when we started) and it looks like we won't have actual installation before the first of August. Nothing like speedy service on a house you're trying to get on the market!
Seriously, you guys still only put one person in your appliance department AND make them load their own sales? I worked for this company 16 years ago and that's the crap the made me want to quit. You have 5 customers standing here ready to buy and 3 are ready to walk out and go to Home Depot. Apparently you don't care about your employees or your customers. No more appliances from Lowes for me. Your staff is wonderful but your policies suck.
I want to give credit when credit is due.....Randy in plumbing was Awesome and very helpful. He actually helped me build a bar stool made from galvanized pipe in the aisle. Thank You Randy!!!!
Don't ever work for this company. If you have any dignity or work ethic. This corporation cares about one thing... Sales!! They do not care about their employees at all!!! Shop anywhere but there!!
I get tired of waiting every time I go into this store. I just built a fence with all the materials coming from Lowes. I went in yesterday so I could get the rest of my materials and waited 25 minutes for them to bring more pickets out. The lady could not get ahold of anyone then sent me to the lawn and garden area to get them myself. I could not find them and ran out of daylight. They literally don't care that time is money and that not everyone has all day to wait around. They don't do anything to try and make things right... read more
