Awful customer service. Wanted to buy appliances and wanted to see what the best deal was or if the would match Home Depot right down the street. Didn't want to do that and then the associates rolled their eyes at my husband. Thanks for being good to your customers.
Ordered a Washer online that was available for delivery the next day. Guess what still waiting on call for delivery, if not available for delivery the next day as website indicates then why waste the space. Maybe "well get got it in the backroom note sure whn it will get there"
Horrible customer service. Installation team a joke. Didn't receive a call to schedule detail in the 48 hour window as promised. Then, the installer never showed up or called to say they would be late during window of time given. When I called to inquire for the second time the person who fielded the call obviously had no idea what they were doing. It is now two weeks after we scheduled a detail and still isn't done. Waited forever to be waited on in the appliance section. After 20 minutes of waiting the woman said she'd call for help, she was assisting another customer. Help never arrived. We took the dishwasher tag to customer service. She told us the item was out of stock. She never offered to call another store to locate one. We did. Found one in Hannibal Mo. Drove there and was in and out in 15 minutes. One should never ever have to wait 30 minutes to be helped. I don't care if you are spending 3.00 or 3000.00 dollars.

Spent $2000 in a week there. Had to change one order advertise delivery is 3-7 days it's more like two weeks. Decided to pick up. They have NO employees to bring the appliance I've already paid for and arranged pick of up to the front. Shipped a separate product they said we could pick up now have to buy second one and return first when it comes. Spent an hour and half today to purchase a stove I'd already picked out and blinds I already decided I wanted. I wasn't looking and then deciding. Took long time to get waited on.
Bad shopping experience. No help on sales floor. Went to check out and only one person running the register and ten employees standing around doing nothing! Waited twenty minutes to check and was third person in line! Finally left items and left the store. Guess they don't know there are other options for building supplies in Columbia. Will never go back!
