Bought and paid for stove. Waited over an hour for them to find it. Finally got a call 2 hours later that they had found it. Made a third trip to store to pick it up and once again they cannot find it after waiting 40 minutes. The woman who helped sell it and called me was apologetic and very nice (Shout out to Mary) however we have found that almost everyone else was either rude or unhelpful!!!! I will NO LONGER shop here for any reason!

Was disappointed today when I went to Lowe’s and employees were not wearing masks. There was a plexiglass shield at checkout...but that doesn’t really work when the cashier has to come around the shield to scan the items that are too big for the checkout counter. Won’t go back to Lowe’s until this is over.
I had an item scheduled for delivery weeks ago. A few days before I called to confirm it had not been postponed or canceled. I was told it was still on track. I asked when and was told in the morning. The day of delivery It took multiple phone calls to reach anyone and they could never confidently confirm delivery. The morning delivery turned into a late afternoon delivery. All of which would have been fine, if I would have been called once to readust work schedule.

I worked for Lowe’s in Columbia last year received my w2 this week and noticed they sent me 2 when I started lookin2 my name but different social security numbers so I called manager and asked him about it he said they had me down for both numbers I responded asking what to do next his response, you have to let my tax person take care of it, I said no it was on your end please send me something explaining what happen he said he would and that still has not happen, so I’m sitting on phone now 20 minutes on hold still getting ... read more
Save yourself the headache and do not use Lowes. The store meshed up my order and had complete incorrect information, and trying to fix their screw up is just met with rude and horrible customer service.
Horrible service. Been 13 years since I shopped at Lowes and luckily they did not have what the wife wanted. Wahoooooooooo. we'll just chaulk it up to 13 years and keep moving forward. ..
