Store employees are incompetent and the manager, Chris, truly has the worst customer service and is equally incompetent. I purchased 2 pallets of stones and paid for it to be delivered. I had to take time off of work to be present for the delivery and of course only 1 pallet was delivered. I called the store to speak to the manager. He literally had no I'm sorry or I'll make this right. He complained about how the purchase was done incorrectly (really? Very disappointed in the associates that work here! To lazy to help someone with loading stuff on their truck! It's pitiful when a customer has to help another customer to load things! Me being 8 months pregnant not able to lift concrete! Watching my mother lift 7 bags of the concrete after us asking for help. While 3 associates helped a well fit man put tiny pieces of lumber on his truck is plain out sorry!! Next time and any other time we will be sure to go to home depot. They will actually help their customers!
Almost always can find what I need at reasonable $
How are you going to have a labor sale, and only one person to help in the appliance section. I wanted to to buy a few things but walked out since no one even bother to help.. Come on you guys are better than that so I thought!!
