I placed an order fri and no one knew how to take it over the phone.I have a pro acct. I got hung up on many times for 3 hours trying to order.Got mgr and he took my order but never put it in.I called sunday mornind to very delivery mon morning. No but I can help you.Found order just sitting there. Got scheduled for mon. When delivery came I ordered 50 5/4 boards and 20 of them are curled or edge knocked of. Having a terrible customer experience the first time with this local store after using Lowes for years. Was told Douglasville Lowe's manager would follow up with my order which was supposed to arrive yesterday but never did. Was informed last minute that the item was out of the stock on the day of delivery. Tried calling to speak with the appliance manager and got hung up TWICE. Will someone pls provide assistance?
However I experience blatant racism at this location today with an older white worker who absolutely refused to acknowledge my presence. I am very disheartened at the experience considering that Lowe’s has a Black CEO. Highly doubt I will do much shopping at this location
Brad in the Garden Center is always so very helpful, kind, and professional. Y’all need Togo right him a pay raise.
Terrible customer service.. Been trying to get a charge removed from my card for weeks! Bought 1 dishwasher but was charged for 2. Plus can't get my old dishwasher picked up even though I paid for it to be removed.
love Lowe's. they have great products and prices.
Quality Products , will shop there again
I purchased a dishwasher from this location and it was a nightmare from the beginning. The transaction was approved on my card but didn't process in their back office so after almost a week of getting that worked out- the time for install comes. Paying $160 for an installation and they say "the install team will notify you by 8 pm the night before" I find that to be completely unprofessional. People have jobs and children to take care of.
