Rude!! Customers are an inconvenience! Had them cut some plywood into 6” pieces, instead received 4”, 5-1/4”, 7-1/2”, 8”, not one single 6”. Call the department to explain and I get a , “that’s cool” response from the rep and then a hang up.!!
Stopped in tonight to look microwaves - Anthony was very helpful when we selected our new microwave and helped get it off the shelf and onto our cart. We had to go to customer service to register for military discount and they were backed up and Anthony came up again to help out! All of the employees were fantastic and very helpful even when they were obviously short staffed! Thank you for the amazing customer service !!
What has happened to this store (Douglasville) and their employees? Not very helpful at all. Worst customer service ever. Most of the employees do not want to assist you at all what so ever. Have had a few bad experiences over the last few months and have spent a lot of $ here. You’ve gone downhill in the last 5 years that we’ve been here.
These workers walk around like Zombies 🧟♀️ unable or unwilling to offer assistance. Simple things like getting products like a grill assembled is totally unheard of and will take a week not to mention pretty rude
Lousy service. Bought a grill. Had to wait 1/2 hour for an employee to unlock chain holding grill. It took an additional 1/2 hour for the now 2 employees to decide that they could not get it into the vehicle. They left to get tools to remove shelves never to return. Allie and I use a fingernail file to remove screws and left.
Beware Douglasville Lowe’s shoppers. The staff doesn’t know how to open the pine straw trailer. After standing around for a half hour, they are also struggling to process refunds. Dealt with some Lowe IQ this morning!
Absolutely the worst managed Lowe's...just waited 13 mins in line to check out. One cashier, as I left about 9+ customers behind me. Also never have an install from this store, it's a joke. Management will avoid you at all costs.

We had to wait almost an hour to pick up an online order. When our order was finally brought up the ‘manager’ Chris made a snide comment to my husband about our order being within walking distance and why didn’t we get it. Seriously dude? Then he made another comment about a flower I ordered online. He said, “Who buys flowers online?” I hope someone can explain to him to just do his job and keep his snide comments to himself.
