I want to say that your employee, Lulu, is amazing. She let my 4yo scan everything, explaining everything to him, and was incredibly personable. She also saw he was having trouble with the water fountain and ran to get him a cup. She was so kind. I've never experienced a retail worker like her, and made my son's day. Thank you, Lulu!!

Nice weather yesterday, and zero entrances to the garden shop were open. Had to walk through the store and around to get in there. Shrubs that were on 3 for $10 were not labeled, and not a soul working in there, to help me find them. �
The Salem Lowes is outstanding. You can find everything you need and some. I could spend 10k.
This is not about Lowe's. I am writing to warn you against purchasing LG appliances. I purchased an LG appliance suite in November 2015. Within 10 months, all appliances except the microwave required some type of repair. The microwave, only because we didn't hang it until this year. We had to redo our cabinets to get it to fit. It broke after less than 10 uses. LG offered to repair the microwave. I am still paying for a set of what are now refurished appliances. That is not okay with me. We were just in Lowes in Salem, VA. Rodney in the Garden Department rocks!! He spent so much time helping us...it was so nice getting great customer service. He needs a raise!!!
