I have always had a good rapport with the Lowes of both Roanoke and Salem, Right now I am trying to have them save one of their potted Gardenia shrubs for me when I can get to Salem to pick it up. I do not know if they will save it for me or not. How will I know? Carol B. McMillion
The new management Lowe's has brought in to increase their profit margin is turning me off from buying any more products for our new home build. When the bottom line is more important than the customer's future business, I draw the line and will not support a store. The previous management was helpful, kind, and wake thought about the customer. I'm really disappointed.
Matt in the indoor Lumber area was the greatest. He gave us lots of advice and directed us to what we needed, in his opinion. Matt's idea and advice worked out so much better. He knows his stuff.
I finally decided to return some items for my kitchen remodel (that I purchased over the summer) tonight. I didn't have my receipt nor did I know which credit card I used. No problem! They happily gave me store credit (which was fine with me) and I purchased what I needed to finish up my project. Thank you Lowe's!
I have Been to different Lowes in different states .Pretty much all the same. I can never find a sales person when I have a question. Greensburg Pa. was the worse. It all depends on who is working when you are there.
Poor customer service skills do not shop here under any circymstance
I am shop there since they opened the employees have always been courteous and very helpful
Service and prices are great scheduling for delivery next day
