Big shout out to a lady working the paint counter (white shirt) 2 days ago. We brought in paint chips that were too small to match, and she took the time to find the closest color. She then mixed paint until she got the closest match she could humanly get. I used it today and it is a perfect match! Thank you so much for the time, care, and effort you put in just so we didn't have to repaint the whole house. I am so grateful!
I have been dealing with storm door and front door issues since November 2017. It's either been lost, ordered wrong and had to reorderd. Today 2/3 I am suppose to have a front door installed and of course the contractor is late. Lowes does not care anything about customer service. I am sick of wasting money to a company that keeps screwing up.
I think it's crazy you can't return Christmas items at this point....it's 3 days after Christmas, I have worked both days after Christmas so this was the 1st opportunity I had to return it and couldn't....I have spent plenty of money at Lowe's on home repairs and plants in the past but I will likely never return to Lowe's again based on the fact it doesn't seem like they are customer friendly.
Spent close to 8k on a door and a window with prof installation. You have to give them all the $$ up front. Waited over 3 months for install i was told would be 5wks start to finish after pmt. Install so awful and came with mismatched wood that cs told me to stain myself. Anytime i called it was my prob..the pieces on the floor area are mismatched and look ridiculous. These are pella windows...never again lowes.
the worst customer service I have received. Was told by 2 associates, "I don't know, go ask that person (as they pointed to someone behind a counter AND on the phone at the time." I purchased a yard hydrant that needed pipe accessories, the box specifically indicated the part and part number, GUESS WHAT --- Lowe's no longer carries those accessory items, THEN HOW IN THE HELL do you get that pipe connected to the pipe underground....genius move Lowe's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Service Repair is awful!!! When you call you Hold forever then you get a person in Mexico one time the next time somewhere different and they do not know what is going on you have to tell them the problem over and over again. They then send out a Tech with a Better Business Rating of "C-. to fix my washer this all started back in May. My Washer was not spinning water out after several trips replaced a part that did not fix the problem which cost me $245 washer still not fixed I am not a happy Lowes customer!!!
