This has not been a worry-free and professional installation that Lowes advertised. We have waited 56 days (& continue to wait) for installers to correct the mistakes they made installing our windows.

We placed an order for delivery scheduled yesterday. We were supposed to get a phone call yesterday morning letting us know what time that delivery would be here. I never received a call, so contacted them. Lowe's said they didn't have said order in system so they assumed it was on the truck and would have someone call me back. Never received delivery or call. So Lowe’s Home Improvement double charged my credit card $2091.32. Synchrony Bank says it is Lowe’s fault and they have to fix on their end and Lowe’s says it is the banks fault and they must fix it. After many hours of phone calls and store visits, solution is still not resolved. The bank put in a customer dispute of charges which can take up to 60 days, closed my account due to fraud (which I never filed). Guess the rest of my home improvements will be done at Home Depot.
Never use Lowes for a project, it is the worst company in terms of responsibility and customer service you have, the staff is very rude and you never find help to solve any problem with your project
