Love going there and saving plants from being thrown away
This is not about Lowe's. I am writing to warn you against purchasing LG appliances. I purchased an LG appliance suite in November 2015. Within 10 months, all appliances except the microwave required some type of repair. The microwave, only because we didn't hang it until this year. We had to redo our cabinets to get it to fit. It broke after less than 10 uses. LG offered to repair the microwave. I am still paying for a set of what are now refurished appliances. That is not okay with me. Placed an order online to pick up in store. When I got to the store for pick up, they tried to give me a floor model of a completely different item. Emailed customer care who was kind enough to have someone contact me, and an attempt was made to find another item, but they were not able to and absolutely nothing was done. POOR customer service.
