Went to get fans, picked out 2 different styles that were on clearance according to the price on the shelve, an employee even helped us on the floor, get to the the register and nope not on clearance or on sale, we show them where they were located and the guy agreed that is where we got them but they are so sorry that is not the price. Fine Lowe’s lose your almost $400 sale and repeat business as we build our house, and that we are contractors building several houses!

No, absolutely no customer service. My husband waited for 25 minutes for help while 1 customer had the attention of 3 employees. Thanks! Dropped his things and went across the street to Home Depot. Oh well. We bought 2 new bathroom sinks, toilets and other things at Home Depot.
Bought a dryer over labor day weekend. Had to wait a week for delivery. We told them we wanted an afternoon slot because we would be out of town. The following weekend they call to say that we're third on the delivery list and that they couldn't push us back. We hit the road immediately and still missed them by one hour. They refused to circle back, but later showed up while we were out because they didn't call the main number on the account, so we missed them again. Do not make major purchases at Lowes. Specifically anything that requires installation. Completely incompetent. It has been 8 months and we still have not gotten the problem resolved with our carpet installation. Terrible customer service.

Lowe's Roanoke, VA Never been treated so rudely as I was this afternoon, went to buy a dryer cash in hand ! First I was told I had to make my own arrangements to pick it up or pay a $75 delivery fees and it would be 8 to 10 days before I would make the list! BUT if I would buy a more expensive one no delivery fees and he would call his manager to get me delivery sooner The dryer I wanted with taxes, electrical cord and 3 year warranty added was $495 .
