Reporting your store , early am hours, several times, maybe 2 people out of 40 with masks on. After 40 years with several properties, we will no longer do business with you since you can't seem to help protect us.
I bought some charcoal, because there was a sale sign on the big stack of charcoal. When I pointed out, at customer service, that I didn't get the posted sale price I was told that "the sale ended yesterday." I argued that I didn't care when they say it ended, there's a sign on it now that says a different price, and it should be honored. Oh well, I guess, but my opinion of Lowe's has definitely changed.
They have everything you need
Just want to give a shoutout to John in plumbing. Not only did he identify the washers I needed to repair this spigot, he was courteous, friendly and most of all, he was wearing a mask to help protect his customers, his coworkers and himself. Thank you, John!
delivery is a joke. never on time and always dragging you along with excuses. you would think they would get more than one delivery driver.
Been waiting four months on a door- People keep “forgetting about me” when it’s been paid for Since January. Will NEVER do business with Lowe’s again.
ordered a washer and dryer and delivery guys refused to install it because they said it wouldn't fit. went to home depot purchased the same set for $1700 and installed them myself with no issue at all.
Never use Lowes for a project, it is the worst company in terms of responsibility and customer service you have, the staff is very rude and you never find help to solve any problem with your project
