Garrick from cabinets was helping us the best he could with appliances but the system wasn't giving him the options we needed on a specific appliance. So he called around and found us the appliance we needed at another location. We were able to get everything we needed taken care of. We really appreciated his help.

We had a poor experience as they didn't listen when we told them three different times that we needed a forklift to get the item on our truck. The item weighed 200 pounds. After spending 40 minutes in the frigid temps, they finally got a forklift and had it on the truck in less than 5 minutes. We shop at this Lowe's often because they are close to us. This was not a pleasant experience for us.
I wanted to thank the employee (woman working the exit door today around 3 o'clock) for her kindness when we needed it most and for helping us get our load to the car during the crazy wind storm. She gave my daughter a sucker and it made her day, and also looked after her while I pulled my car up so we could load our fragile lighting panels. Thank you!! (I'm sad I didn't catch your name in all the chaos)
Shout out to Roger and Bob for helping me with my sump pump! I woke up to a flooded basement and needed a new sump pump. Roger took time out of his busy schedule to find me the right sump pump AND he rebuilt the pipes to match my old one! What a life saver. I honestly don't know how I would have got through that without his help. He took so much time with me and didn't have to do everything he did. I'm so very grateful !!! What a great man!
