Very poor customer service. I purchased a Dyson Vacuum and it took 30 minutes for someone to bring it to the front for me. 3 workers stood around the entire time while I waiting. Two of which were women complaining about how bad the customers were. I finally got someone to go get the vacuum after my husband came back in the store. I hate that I had to have a man with me to get helped.
The Riverton Lowes has the best employees. I will go out of my way and pass up multiple home improvement stores in order to get the quality service from this store.
On there website they have a 5x8 trailer on sales 75%. All the lowes that are sold out have them marked down 75%. Making the trailer $249.75 from the $999 they want for it. The crazy part is all the lowes that have the trailer in Stock want the original $999 for it. This is false advertising and should not be allowed. I bet they have not sold one trailer for the $249.75. Just a way to get you there and false advertise. Talked to customer service and got the run around. The customer Service was so bad I had to tell the employee to calm down. Because he was being such an ass. If he doesn't want to do his job he should find a new one.
