The BIGGEST joke in customer service and product handling I've ever seen! We have been so patient with delays "due to covid-19" with an order on windows and French doors just to be told that they can't even find them! 5 months now and we've had multiple contacts to confirm that the windows were completed, delivered to the store, and set to be delivered to our home today so they could be installed on Friday, in 2 days.... guess what!? - not only were they they not delivered, they can't find any record of the order now! we pai... read more
Bought a fridge and had it delivered into our new condo , asked the driver to wait 5 minutes until we got there , he said no......he was to busy to wait and said they would call to reschedule...... no one ever called , finally a week later we called them and rescheduled, when they came, they damaged our walls and ceiling and said nothing about this, the delivery crew at this store SUCKS, they are impolite and do not care about your property. The management doesn’t seem to care much either.
My husband and I are reasonable people and don’t like to complain, but with that being said we are very dissatisfied with how the Riverton Utah Lowe’s has handled our whole situation. We went in this last Labor Day to order carpet as we knew they had some good deals. We worked with a guy whose name we will not write for privacy and respect of him. He was very nice upfront. You could educate your employees better! I made a return yesterday, the clerk asked if I want it back on my card or do I want cash? She said putting it on my card would be easier and then mumbled something I didn't understand, so stupid me said put it on the card. So 24hrs later there is no transaction on my card so I go back and they tell me 7 to 10 days! How in the hell is that easier? Easier for her for some reason! 7 to 10 days to get $45 dollars back! Went in and bought some wrought Iron Stair Balusters and the price listed underneath was $4.23 each. When i got out to my car and looked at the receipt I noticed i was charged $9.92 each. I went back in and showed them where i got them and the priced listed underneath. the answer i got was that the item number was wrong on that one and on every single one of the Iron Balusters on that shelf. the correct price wasn't even listed on any of the Balusters! What a waste of my time, tried to buy and have a cabinet assembled, no one to help or who knows anything about assembly. No customer service reps in the department and the only one I could find, tried, but knew nothing. Customer service desk just blew me off and said to go find someone else. Well...I will go somewhere else. This store was terrible.
