Cashiers are friendly, however when I go in to buy lumber (I work in construction so it's typically every other day) the "loaders" they have just sit there and watch you load everything yourself. Complete laziness.
Wait to talk to someone for 20 minutes about a washer and dryer. The speaks to someone else then when he's done helping he first people goes on to someone else. I'm like wha the heck ?! I guess I need to go to Home Depot for my purchase . Thank you for wasting my time!
Who buys a a Christmas tree in a monsoon? Yes, that would be me (last night). The young man working with the trees was so helpful - going out in the rain & put my tree on the roof -with no complaints! I wish I'd got his name but maybe he will see this!! How do you run a retail operation without having a single cash register open; except for the self service lanes? And if you are going to make the customer do all the heavy lifting scanning sacks of quikrete, lawn products over the scanner, at least do them the favor of having the items in the system. When they aren't in there, it becomes a 20 minute ordeal to check out.
