Be prepared this will be a long one. My parents are having to build a new home, so of course with Northport Lowes being closest to them they planned on getting most of their supplies from here. The first bad experience is when my mom took my handicapped dad in the store by manual wheelchair so he could pick out a table saw. This store has always lagged behind the Tuscaloosa store in terms of service.Over the past few months gotten much worse.Look on line and it tells you how many of an item is in the store,however you can't find it in the store.Order on line and pick it up.Rarely do they pull it ahead of time.Lately the aisles are crammed full of stock and partial stock but nobody is stocking anything.I think they are having some management problems.It is rapidly becoming worth the drive to go to HDepot or Lowes in Tuscaloosa.

I've called 7 times and can't get flooring, installs or a manager. Customer service wants to play on the phone have me hold on 5 mins after 7 attempts to call, then put the gentlemen at the desk that answered the 5th time on the phone. He stated his name was Keith Rowman or something like that. I asked was he the store Mgr, he said he's the Mgr in charge. Ok why flooring, installs or Management can't talk to customers. You have my money, where's my product? Mad (good) customer!!! 7/27/17

Just left your store empty handed. While the employee in hardware was super helpful, I was unable to check out. There was one cashier, at the self check area, who was assisting a customer who appeared to be ordering something. 2 of the self checkout registers were out of order, 1 had a locked screen and the 4th wouldn't scan. The lone cashier didn't even acknowledge the growing line. I had to leave my items and walk out in order to return to work.

This location is understaffed. My Dad works at Lowe's in Smyrna, TN and recently visited. While here, he told a Manager about the same problem and the Manager told him that he was told that he'd have to do 2 million more over the next two years to be able to hire more people. 'Ludicrous.

Dear Lowes, when I order something for Christmas and it is supposed to arrive November 26th, I expect it on that date. When you push it back three times and tell me it shipped November 29th but will not arrive at your store until December 20th, I am not happy....

Dear Lowes management, I was just in there to make a purchase well the girl didn't have any change in her register and looks at me and says "I don't have any penny's is it that ok?" Well yea I know it's just 4 cents but NO it's NOT ok. So when I gave her a penny to receive a nickel back she shuts the drawer an tells me that I would have to wait now. Really?!
