It takes a sorry company to let or make a 53 year old woman have to pick up a 5 gallon bucket of roofing cool seal. She asked for help and was told we don't do that. I thought more of this company until today. Will not be spending anymore of my money in this store!!!

My husband bought a grill in September 2017. Bought the warranty package. Grill Needs a new “o” ring. Lowe’s does not have ring and will not honor warranty. My husband has called and gone to store. Cannot find the manager to talk to. No One will tell him the manager name. Terrible store Terrible customer service
They don't take credit for their mistakes. They don't support appliances.
