I’m taking my business to a local supplier, I’m tired of issues with exchanging left over materials that apparently is not rung up right, or I am overcharged. Quality of materials here are also, garbage.
Three separate occasions I had to look for someone to come help me. The third time after walking to up to front 3 times no one ever came.
I will never buy another carpet from Lowes and have them install it. I have been involved in trying to have carpet laid now for over a week. I have been put on hold for an hour at a time just to be disconnected. Last Monday I approved and paid for a carpet order figuring that I would at least hear from the installer on Thursday. My family and I both love this location. Lawrence helped us purchase a water heater and he was very knowledgeable about the water in our specific area and helped us pick the best one for our needs. He was so so helpful and we are so thankful for him! We always come back because EVERYONE who works here is so generous and truly wants to help out!
I had the worst experience trying to purchase blinds for 3 windows. 3 or 4 different associates all with different responses to pricing and availability only to wind up with ones I didn't want just so I could cover my windows. Yes, I got a great deal, but it wasn't my mistake. Day of installation blinds were not cut as I was promised they would be. Manager did not do his job. Spoke with Asst. They need to have cashiers available when they get busy rather than treat customers like they are at DMV.
Went in to purchase a washer and the staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Paul in the appliance department. I got my new washer delivered and set up for free on Sunday. I had looked at Home Depot and was gonna be charged $80.00 for delivery and $100.00 for setup. I will not be shopping Home Depot any longer.
A bunch of racist old people working there. Had a very bad experience with a couple of employees trying to make a return. If you are Mexican or don't look white, don't expect good service.
