Black Friday, went to store to buy Arlo security system that was advertised in paper. Assistant Manager looked it up and told me they don't offer it in this store or any other Lowes store. Said I could order on line and honor the price. Went home to order online and it stated not sold online. Called customer service and put on hold for one hour only to be told they don't carry the item and surprisingly I got cut off. Trying to get anyone to call you back with the estimate and installation info on flooring is nonexistent. Called Sunday and was told they would call me back that day. Called again on Monday after not getting a call as promised. Still no response Monday so thought third time is a charm....called again tonight (Tuesday), no response again! In fact....after waiting on hold the last time, the clock struck 9:00 and they disconnected my call. BEWARE GETTING ANY SERVICE DONE HERE! You should have a no star option, since the only thing I've gained through this lowes experience was a headache. Most unreliable business I have ever dealt with. Ive had better outcomes when I've had issues with cell phone service and cable companies. That says a lot. We ordered our countertops SIX WEEKS AGO. Paid 2.5K that day. Outstanding customer service in the paint department. I went to an employee I've dealt with a few times (Sammy). I had a question about light bulbs. It wasn't her department but she tracked down the employee who could help. A lot of people would have just told me to go and find someone in the electrical department. Not only did she get me help, she walked over to electric to make sure the guy showed up. (He did.). Great customer service!
Water heater went out usually Menards shoppers. Googled prices thought we would try Lowe's. Spent about an hour there with the help of Jeff an employee. He was wonderful very patient very knowledgeable very friendly. Will definitely shop there again thank you.
Great experience dealing with employees in the Appliance Department. Got great prices and ordered new appliances for our whole home. Jargo was a great guy to work with and very knowledgeable!
