I LOVE this store. Have purchased all of my kitchen appliances at great prices, had them delivered and they took away the old ones. I also purchased a beautiful patio set and a Weber gas grill that I absolutely love. My #1 Home Improvement store. Thanks for the great service.
I was shopping for a new outdoor grill with my two young kids. When I finally decided which I wanted, I asked for help. The guy went to the back to locate the box. It took over 25 minutes for him to come back and tell that he found it. When it was determined too big for the trunk of my midsize car, I changed my mind a went with a smaller one. Most horrific customer experiences with appliances and delivery out of this store. Lowes miscues too numerous to explain. Tried to buy two appliances from them.... so many issues with delivery, installation and execution that I had to abort mission on the second appliance and go to Warner Stellian. It cost me about $50 more from them but frankly i would pay double to not do business with Lowe's again. The most pathetic thing is they just don't care. The worst service ever. Employees to busy to help find things you would like to purchase. To busy talking to other employees.
I like the quality at this place. They have a lot to choose from and the checkouts are very fast.
Hates kind of a strong word, but turned off enough not to come back. We were completely ignored by the sales people sitting around. At one point the women looked up and made eye contact with me and didn’t even bother to say Hello let alone, how can I help you? When we did ask a question, it was met with a we can’t help you, essentially. A little help, product knowledge and a genuine interest would have been nice. We will buy our granite elsewhere.
