horrible store. poor management.
Purchased a stove and a fridge, both are defective and was expected to purchase both AGAIN before They would send out another one!! Who has that kind of money? Not me. The policy is absolutely ridiculous… They sent me out broken appliances, replace them with working appliances. Should be simple
Why do you advertise appliance “on sale” when you don’t have them in stock? Every one we looked at was out of stock, but here you go...here’s one online. Your sales slips says “delivery, installation & take away for $145.00”, except for the one online, $30.00 take away fee. Ok we’ll take it even tho it isn’t what we want, the guy goes back to see if you have it, never to be seen again...must have been break-time, we left!! That sale is to get you in the store cause you certainly can’t back the item, we won’t ever go back.
June 14, 2020. Hire some cashiers. Lowe's in Oak Park Heights has only self check-out. Worst customer service ever. Won't be back.
What a horrible experience. My customer went there to purchase flooring for her basement that I am finishing and it took two days and both of us to go in there to complete the sale for an in stock item. Obviously no management of any type employed by this store. Everyone is running amok, and nobody knows anything! It's apparent that customer service is frowned upon at this store.
just left Lowe's in OPH, MN. went in for a full pallet of 80lb bags of cement and they had not one person working who could drive the forklift to load it onto our trailer. waste of time going in there. that's completely unacceptable in a store where the majority of what they sell is heavy and people need help loading that there was NO ONE. there's never many employees working other times when we've gone in. should have remembered that before this trip for cement. on to Home Depot we go!

Went to LOWES for the first time tonight looking for floor tiles that where supposed to be on sale as the website said THEY HAD!!! so I decided to go and check it out since NEVER BEEN THERE before.. well I will DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN!! I will stick with Menards thank you..
