Not at all happy. Had to special order a replacement screen for my door. Cost $50 Had to wait 2 weeks only to find it damaged when it came in. Now have to wait again. Instead of fixing the situation at customer service, I was sent to the door dept. Manager should have come to the customer service area and not make the customer go to the dept.
Allways find what I need. The staff is professional and very helpful. I enjoy going to Lowes and prefer it over the other home improvement store.
This morning my husband went to Lowe's in Hillsboro to purchase a Shop Vac, item 549713 on sale at $49.00 as advertised in the circular dated 6/18/15 - 6/22/15 ( today). After a very helpful associate got one down from a top shelf for him, assuring him that it was the sale item, he was told at the register that it was not. He was also told that they do not give rain checks,and that the nearest available store with any in stock was Flemington. Nowhere in the circular does it say store stock limited, or no rain checks.
