Lowes has the worst extended warranty policy. They promise me to provide service when my microwave was broken. They said A&E factory service would fix it. It’s been over 3 weeks since they said. Now A&E company says they will send repair service when they get parts . So there is no estimated repair time even after 3 weeks. Their customer service is not at all helpful.

VERY disappointed. I've been a loyal Lowe's customer for year spending thousands of dollars... today I was ready to puchase over $300 in new lights. I was told if I used my Lowe's card I could save 5%, it seems my lowes card has been deactivated instead of helping me re activate or honor the discount using another form of payment the cashier did neither ... he just didn't care .... so since I am not important as a customer I left everything and will no longer make any purchases at Lowe's and will frequent Home Depot ....

Lowes just earned a customer for life right here. We bought new appliances from the store in Hillsborough. We had some issues but what each and every single employee did to resolve our issues is exactly what makes me only want to shop there. They make SURE the customer is taken care of and proved to me they genuinely care. From the people on the floor, to the cashiers, managers, delivery guys, installers, EVERY SINGLE PERSON I interacted displayed EXCELLENT customer service skills. It was a slow night so it seemed like there wasn't a full staff. We bought an item on clearance and had to wait 10-15 minutes for a manager to over ride the transaction on the register. If not for that it would have been a five star experience.

Has anyone notice there are dozens of employees at Lowes, but very few are helpful? In fact most of them try to avoid eye contact, so you cant ask for help. Home depot has about a quarter of the number of people but there is never a shortage of help. They look that need assistance. Really surprised at the poor service at Lowes, nice quality merchandise I suppose, but the store is poorly manned and/or managed
