Low prices and excellent service
Horrible experience the employees are very rude not Helpful at all never going back there again ��
Poor customer service. Twice i went there in the last week and the service from some of their team members were awful. The first time trying to get someone to load 5 gallon paint buckets took 4 calls and 25 min the older worker that was in the paint department struggled to get them in my car. Then today the kids that cane out of the younger worker in the lumber area of why he couldn’t cut the wood.
Why would you put the tiles on the shelf if it’s not for sale?
We ordered a fencing order worth over $1000.00 on line date of delivery was set at may 16 2018. Today is may 27. So far we have been promised 6 dates all have missed. They promised us delivery today between 3 and 5 now it's almost 9pm no delivery. Lowes sucks don't use them.
If you're planning on a large order from this place, you better make plans to get it home on your own...their new third party delivery company, XPO, is worse than horrible. And, the store management refuses to take responsibility, while passing the buck back to their incompetent delivery company.
Price on shelf was not what register said. They wouldn’t give it to me for the advertised price. Called the 800 number and they said store will be in touch within 24 hours. It’s been over 48 and I haven’t heard from anyone. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Shop at Home Depot. Their customer service is much better!!!!
went to Lowes for a bathroom renovation project. Lowes representative stated that unless I did an entire bathroom Lowes would not help. Project management is a waste of time.
