My daughter and I went to Lowes to get our Christmas trees and couldn't quite decide on which trees to get. Matt was so patient and hauled a tree all the way to the front only for us to change our mind to get different one!!! He then loaded both of them up. One in the van and one on top. No complaints. Smile on his face and very kind. We will be back to make future purchases at this lowes because of his customer service ��� thank you Matt!!!
No one wants to help...they looked right at me and didn't say a word. I was looking for a specific item and an employee has stairs in front of it trying to get a bar code. She did ask what I was looking for but didn't listen. Didn't offer to move so I could see after I said I couldn't see. Another hit came to help get and didn't even acknowledge I was there... He did say to watch to see what a man could do. Then they moved her stairs aroma the corner and started another project. And left me standing there. This is why I shop... read more
