I purchased a houseful of Reliabuilt windows from this store. I have had problems with them not staying up. Not only did Lowe’s not help me, contacting Reliabuilt was also fruitless. Spend a little more and buy from a company that will be there after the sale is my lesson learned. Unfortunately, it was an expensive lesson!

I am very disappointed in Lowes on N.Memorial. I sent a friend of mine to you she moved from Puerto Rico to buy washer and dryer and the sales person would not help her and the manager would not come help here either. I feel prejudice is involved.
I have been waiting for a manager to assist me for over 30 minutes, and I have yet to see one. I have a sales ticket over $5k, and I am getting g ready to take my business was elsewhere.
Those people do not know their merchandise!

THANK YOU LOWE's! You delivered our stove more than 2 weeks ago, and the delivery guy broke the electrical connection installing it! So you ordered another...skip 2WEEKS...you call and not on truck...another week...you called Tuesday saying it was not on your delivery truck and you didn't know if it would be on THURSDAY's truck!
